SEGA-M Distribution Board NSFB — Type Tested MCB Fishbone Panel (160A)
The SEGA-M Distribution Board NSFB is a type-tested, factory-assembled MCB fishbone distribution panel built for commercial, residential, and light-industrial power distribution. With a 160A busbar rating, 16 KA short-circuit capacity, and up to 60 outgoing MCB positions on a fishbone busbar layout, the MSFB scales from small residential loads to large hotel distribution floors. Enclosure is IP42-rated in RAL 7035 or RAL 7032, with incoming options ranging from Miniature 3P to 3VM-3VA-160A FD breakers. Factory-assembled and type-tested to IEC/EN standards at SEGA-M’s 30,000m² facility in Egypt.

The SEGA-M SIVACON-S8 is a type-tested low-voltage power distribution switchboard manufactured under Siemens SIVACON Technology Partner licensing. Handling rated currents up to 7,010A with 150 kA short-time withstand, it covers main, sub-main, and motor-control distributions for the most demanding industrial and infrastructure projects. Available in circuit-breaker, universal, fixed-mounted, in-line, and reactive-power compensation designs. Internal separation from Form 1 to Form 4 type 7. Complies with IEC 61439-2, DIN EN 60439-2-2, and VDE 0660-600-2. CE, EAC, CCC, and DNV GL approved. Manufactured at SEGA-M’s 30,000m² facility in Egypt.
SEGA-M SIMOPRIME 12kV Medium Voltage Switchgear — Type Tested up to 40 kA
The SEGA-M SIMOPRIME 12kV is a factory-assembled, type-tested metal-clad medium voltage switchgear system rated up to 12 kV, manufactured under the Siemens SIMOPRIME Technology Partner agreement. Featuring withdrawable vacuum circuit-breakers, 40 kA internal arc resistance for 1 second, and LSC2B service continuity, it allows maintenance on adjacent panels while the installation stays energised. Rated busbar current up to 3,600A. Available in circuit-breaker, contactor, disconnecting, metering, bus-sectionaliser, and bus-riser configurations. Fully compliant with IEC 62271-200 and VDE 0671-200. No SF6 gas — maintenance-free vacuum technology. Manufactured at SEGA-M’s 30,000m² facility in Egypt.
SEGA-M SIMOPRIME A4 24kV AIS Switchgear — Metal-Clad Withdrawable up to 25 kA
The SEGA-M SIMOPRIME A4 is a type-tested metal-clad, withdrawable air-insulated switchgear (AIS) rated up to 24 kV, manufactured under the Siemens SIMOPRIME Technology Partner agreement. Featuring a withdrawable vacuum circuit-breaker truck type 3AH, compact 800 mm single-panel width, and fully mechanically interlocked compartments, it delivers 25 kA short-time withstand and 2,500A normal busbar current. All switching operations are performed behind the closed HV door. No SF6 gas, no heat-shrink insulation — long-term reliability without ageing risk. Compliant with IEC 62271-200 with internal arc classification. Manufactured at SEGA-M’s 30,000m² facility in Egypt.
