The SEGA-M SIVACON-S8 is a type-tested low-voltage power distribution switchboard manufactured under Siemens SIVACON Technology Partner licensing. Handling rated currents up to 7,010A with 150 kA short-time withstand, it covers main, sub-main, and motor-control distributions for the most demanding industrial and infrastructure projects. Available in circuit-breaker, universal, fixed-mounted, in-line, and reactive-power compensation designs. Internal separation from Form 1 to Form 4 type 7. Complies with IEC 61439-2, DIN EN 60439-2-2, and VDE 0660-600-2. CE, EAC, CCC, and DNV GL approved. Manufactured at SEGA-M’s 30,000m² facility in Egypt.

    Materials & Construction

    Designed for Long Service Life

    Frame components are Sendzimir-galvanised steel profile for maximum corrosion resistance and structural rigidity. Enclosure panels are Sendzimir-galvanised and powder-coated. Doors are powder-coated with the patented door-locking system for personal safety (125° / 180° opening). Copper horizontal busbars available bare, silver-plated, or tin-plated. Vertical distribution busbars run L1, L2, L3, N, and PE through cable-connection and cross-wiring compartments. All busbar positions (top, rear-top, rear-bottom) are configurable. Variable cubicle depth from 500 to 1,200 mm. Internal arc-tested design provides up to LSC2B loss-of-service continuity.
