Products & Ordering
Do you sell directly to individual customers, or only to businesses?
SEGA M is a B2B manufacturer and exporter — we work with contractors, distributors, consultants, and project owners. There is no public pricing or online checkout on this site; every order goes through a project-specific quote so we can confirm ratings, quantities, and configuration before pricing.
What product ranges do you manufacture?
Two ranges: electrical (LV switchboards and switchgear, MV switchgear, distribution boards, enclosures, wiring devices, cable glands, industrial plugs and sockets) and lighting (street & road, industrial, indoor, and outdoor architectural LED lighting). Browse the full range on the Products page.
How do I get pricing for a product?
Use "Request a Quote" on any product page, or message our export team directly on WhatsApp. Send the product, quantity, and any project specifics (rating, dimensions, standards) and we'll follow up with pricing.
Can I get a technical datasheet before ordering?
Yes — every product page has a "Request Datasheet" button that opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message to our export team. Datasheets are sent directly, usually within 24 hours.
Do you offer custom or OEM configurations?
Yes. Our engineering team builds to specification — send your project requirements (rating, feeder count, enclosure spec, or a full bill of quantities) via the contact form or WhatsApp and we'll respond with a detailed offer.
What are your minimum order quantities and lead times?
This varies by product and configuration. As a guide, production lead time is typically 0–6 weeks, with select items available from stock and fast-track production for urgent orders — but please contact us for a figure specific to your order.
Export & Shipping
Which regions do you export to?
We currently export to seven world regions: Africa, the GCC, Europe, Asia, the United States, and Australia, shipped from our Egypt hub in 10th of Ramadan City — a central location connecting Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
How is my order shipped?
By sea freight or air freight depending on the order size and urgency — we'll recommend the right option when we quote your order.
What documentation is included with an export shipment?
Every export order includes a commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin, plus test certificates where required for your project or customs process.
Who do I contact for an export inquiry?

What certifications does SEGA M hold?
We hold 45+ official certifications across four categories — ISO management-system, product, government, and lab/testing certifications — including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Are your products type tested?
Our electrical range — switchgear and switchboards — is type tested to IEC/EN standards. (Lighting products are IP-rated for their environment rather than type tested; each product page states the relevant rating.)
Is SEGA M associated with any global technology partners?
Yes — we are a certified Siemens SIVACON and SIMOPRIME Technology Partner, and were honored with the Business Expansion & Growth Award for Egypt.
Can I request a copy of a specific certificate or test report?
Yes — for procurement or compliance review, contact our team and we can provide verified copies of the certificates or test reports relevant to your project.

Where is SEGA M based and manufactured?
Our facilities are in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt — a 30,000 m² manufacturing plant equipped for both our electrical and lighting production lines.
How long has SEGA M been in business?
