We do not process online payments or sell products directly through this Site — every product page and category is presented on a "Request a Quote" basis. Submitting an inquiry, a datasheet request, or a quote request does not create a binding order; an order is only confirmed once both parties agree to specific terms in writing (typically via a formal quotation, purchase order, and order confirmation exchanged outside this Site).
3. Product Information & Specifications
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images accurate and up to date. However, specifications may change as products are improved, and minor variations between site content and a delivered product can occur. Technical specifications become binding only when confirmed in a written quotation or order confirmation for your specific order.
4. Quotes, Orders & Pricing
No pricing is published on this Site. Quotes are provided per inquiry based on product, configuration, quantity, and destination, and are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Production lead times, minimum order quantities, and payment terms are confirmed per order and may vary by product.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, product photography, technical drawings, catalogues, certificates, logos, and the SEGA M name and branding — is the property of SEGA M or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and share this content for evaluating our products, but may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.
6. Export, Shipping & Documentation
SEGA M exports to Africa, the GCC, Europe, Asia, the United States, and Australia. Shipping method (sea or air freight), Incoterms, and export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and test certificates where required) are agreed per order. You are responsible for confirming any import requirements, duties, or restrictions applicable in your destination country.
7. Warranty & Liability
Product warranty terms are set out in the applicable order confirmation or contract for each order and are not established by browsing this Site. To the extent permitted by law, SEGA M is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site, including reliance on information that has not been confirmed in a formal quotation.
